Leskys Beauty Supply is an independent beauty retail vendor offering a wide range of professional hair care products, including braiding hair, wigs, extensions, synthetic and human hair, accessories, and beauty supplies.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once submitted.

Processing times may increase during sales or holidays.

We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud.

5. SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Timeframes

Delivery times vary by carrier and location. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Products' shipping time is 3-5 Days for Priority Shipping. All products are shipped from the Leskys Beauty Supply location. All questions and coordination are handled by Lesky's beauty is handled by Lesky's Beauty via email or phone

Customer Responsibility

Customers must provide accurate shipping information. Leskys Beauty Supply is not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Leskys Beauty Supply is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers must file claims directly with the carrier.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. RETURN & STORE CREDIT POLICY

Due to the nature of beauty and hair products, we maintain strict return guidelines.

No Refund Policy

We do not issue refunds.

Approved returns are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Store credit is issued in the form of a digital gift card.

Opened Products

For hygiene and safety reasons:

NO RETURNS are accepted on:

Opened

Used

Altered

Tampered

Unsealed products

This includes wigs, bundles, braiding hair, synthetic hair, human hair, tools, and hair care products.

Opened items are FINAL SALE.

Eligible Returns (Unopened Items Only)

Unopened items may qualify if:

Return is requested within 7 days of delivery

Item remains unused and sealed in original packaging

Approved returns will receive:

Store credit only

Less a 5% restocking fee

Issued as a Leskys Beauty Supply digital gift card

Restocking Fee

A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the approved return amount before issuing store credit.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

7. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via, phone, text or email. 

Provide clear photos of the product and packaging.

Approved claims may result in replacement or store credit at our discretion.

All products listed under the Leskys Beauty Supply Collection are:

Managed by Leskys Beauty Supply

Fulfilled and shipped directly by Leskys Beauty Supply

All product-related claims must be directed to Leskys Beauty Supply.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Leskys Beauty Supply shall not be liable for:

Allergic reactions

Product misuse

Indirect or consequential damages

Carrier delays

Third-party service interruptions

I.R.I.S.E. INC shall not be liable for:

Product quality

Product defects

Fulfillment errors

Customer dissatisfaction related to merchandise

10. NEW JERSEY COMPLIANCE NOTICE

Leskys Beauty Supply operates in accordance with applicable New Jersey consumer protection laws, including the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act (N.J.S.A. 56:8-1 et seq.).

Nothing in these policies is intended to waive consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under New Jersey law.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer service, it shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
